BP National Commission Report

The National Commission appointed to investigate the BP oil spill recently issued its final report. This report, which was issued in two parts ("Report to the President" and "Recommendations"), attempts to explain why the well blew out and proposes actions required as the oil industry moves forward to meet the nation's energy needs.
